Terms of Service – Web

1. Acceptance By creating an account or using Kryptothea’s web application you agree to these terms.

2. Your Responsibilities • You own or have full rights and releases for every photo you upload. • You will not upload illegal, non-consensual, or underage content. • You are solely responsible for your account security and activity.

3. Payments & Billing All payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, and future crypto processors). We only receive confirmation of your active service plan and dates.

4. Album Storage & Deletion • Encrypted albums remain available on our servers as long as your paid plan is active. • Albums are not automatically deleted on client download. • If your subscription ends and is not renewed, albums will be permanently deleted after the grace period specified in your plan.

5. Limitation of Liability Kryptothea is not liable for lost images, client disputes, or any indirect/consequential damages. Service is provided “as-is.”

6. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

7. Changes We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes.
