Beta Program Terms

By joining the Kryptothea beta program you agree to the following:

1. Beta Status
The service is pre-release software. Expect bugs, downtime, missing features, and changes without notice.

2. No Sensitive Content
Do not upload or share real client images, boudoir, newborn, unreleased work, or any sensitive/confidential material. Use only test/placeholder photos.

3. Temporary Access for Debugging
During the beta only, Kryptothea staff may access logs, album metadata, and (if needed) encrypted album contents solely to troubleshoot and improve the service.

4. Free or Discounted Access
Accepted beta testers receive early access and a substantial launch discount (details sent by email). There is no guarantee of lifetime free use.

5. Feedback
You are encouraged (but not required) to report bugs and suggestions. We may quote your feedback anonymously in marketing.

6. Data Wipe at End of Beta
Within 7 days after the beta ends, all test albums, logs, and beta account activity will be permanently deleted. You will receive email confirmation when your data is wiped.

7. Confidentiality
Do not share screenshots, feature details, or pricing outside the beta group without permission.

8. Termination
We may remove any tester at any time with no notice.

9. No Warranty
The beta is provided strictly “as-is” with no guarantees of uptime or functionality.

10. Changes
These beta terms can be updated at any time. Continued participation means you accept the changes.
